Using RubyKitty

RubyKitty is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to view and request the offered content in their location. By using the site, creating an account, or requesting content, you confirm that you meet those requirements.

Accounts and private chat

Use accurate account information, protect your password, and do not share access. Harassment, impersonation, scraping, automated abuse, illegal requests, fraud, or attempts to bypass access controls may result in suspension.

Content licence

Content is provided only for personal use under the terms agreed directly with Ruby. Ownership and copyright remain with RubyKitty. Republishing, reselling, leaking, recording, removing watermarks, or sharing private content is prohibited.

Private requests

No payments are collected on this website. Requests are coordinated directly with Ruby through WhatsApp or the private chat. Never send card numbers, passwords, bank credentials, private wallet keys or recovery phrases through either channel.

Availability

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Temporary maintenance, security response, service outages, or legal obligations may affect access.

Data handled by the site

RubyKitty uses account and technical data needed to operate login, private chat, fraud prevention, security logs, content preferences and support. Completed product actions may be counted as anonymous day-and-device-category totals without account, session, message or URL data; Global Privacy Control disables these counters. Optional approximate location, device, referral and funnel information is processed only when the browser enables analytics. Exact payment credentials are not collected by this site.

Service providers

Infrastructure may include Cloudflare for delivery and security, Firebase for authentication and database services, Resend for transactional email, and WhatsApp when you choose that contact option. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy notice.

Reviews, stories and automatic messages

Reviews are submitted by signed-in members and may be displayed to other members after moderation, together with their username and rating. Corrections made by moderation are marked. Story and highlight access follows the selected membership audience. Welcome messages, away replies and member announcements may be automated and are labelled in the conversation.

Security checks

Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise helps assess automated or suspicious activity. Security checks may send your IP address, browser information and interaction signals to Google. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Private chat messages and media use encryption on our server; this is not end-to-end encryption. Reviews, automation settings, membership data and other operational metadata do not use that application-level message encryption.

Conversation moderation

When a member edits or removes a message, up to 20 previous text versions may remain available to Ruby for moderation and dispute handling, encrypted with the conversation. Owner notes are private and encrypted. Deleting a full conversation from the panel removes its messages and in-chat media access for both participants; it does not delete the member account or owner notes. Operational backups and encrypted stored files may persist under the retention policy.

Retention and requests

Data is retained only as needed for the service, security, disputes, legal compliance and accounting. To request access, correction or deletion, email contact@rubykitty.com. Some records may be retained where legally required or necessary to prevent fraud.

Security

Controls include HTTPS, restrictive browser policies, verified authentication, and access rules. No online service can promise absolute security; suspected incidents should be reported immediately.

Members can sign in and continue in the private chat. Anyone can email RubyKitty, and urgent safety or content-removal reports can use the priority process below.

Coordinate directly with Ruby

The catalogue shows previews. A request does not complete a purchase, grant access to an original file or guarantee delivery. Ruby confirms availability and details directly in WhatsApp or private chat.

Protect your information

No card, bank or wallet credentials are needed to send a request. Do not share passwords, security codes, private keys or recovery phrases. All requests must involve consenting adults and comply with the law.

Report illegal, non-consensual or infringing content

Anyone may submit a complaint without creating an account or sending a request. Reports concerning suspected illegal content, minors, trafficking, non-consensual material, impersonation, copyright infringement, privacy violations or other prohibited content receive priority.

How the process works

1. Email contact@rubykitty.com with the page or content reference, the reason for the report, and a safe way to contact you.
2. Do not attach illegal material. Provide only enough information to locate and evaluate it.
3. RubyKitty will acknowledge and investigate complaints, target a substantive response within five business days, and disable material immediately when it is reasonably believed to be illegal or an urgent safety risk.
4. Where required, reports and actions may be shared with appropriate authorities.
5. A person depicted in content, or another affected person, may appeal a decision by replying with additional evidence. Appeals are reviewed by someone not responsible for the initial decision when practical.
